Fun Crazy Weather!

So tonight we got warning of a possible thunderstorm, then a warning came on that Keller was going to get hit in about 20 minutes so Taylor and I rushed out and moved his Honda up really close to the house and duct taped a bunch of blankets and crap to the car (we'll see if it helped in the morning when we unwrap it) Then we sat back and watched the crazy storm hit! Here are a few pictures of the hail. We actually didn't get hit as hard as some surrounding town reported baseball size! We ran to the house nextdoor afterwards and checked out they're car that was left out and they got a couple of nasty dents!

The Frog Prince!

So, today is cold.... like 35 cold. I know all our Utah and Colorado friends think that is nothing but for here that is cold, and to add the humidity it makes it really feel cold. Taylor decided to brave the weather and mow the lawn anyway. We have had alot of rain lately and it made the grass grow alot. So, a few minutes after he goes outside we hear a knock on the front door. It's Taylor and a big toad. He found it while mowing and almost turned it into toad soup! The kids were very excited, Jaecie was a little nervous at first to touch it but as soon as she saw the camera was out and that here cousins Bailee and Brighten might see she decided it was time to be brave. Here are a few shots of her progress and Nathans well, non-progress (he just kept saying "I scared") Jaecie already had the fairy princess outfit on but it sure did make the pictures even cuter!

New T-shirts from Mexico!!!

My Mom and Dad Van went to Cancun a couple of weeks ago and they brought the kids back
T-shirts that we got in the mail today so the kids decided to try them out tonight for night shirts! They had fun getting they're pictures taken as you can see! What silly kids.... also an update, TAYLOR GOT A JOB!!!! We feel so blessed so thank you all for your prayers, they worked! Not only that but he is not working with is favorite things.... CaRS! It as if the job was made for him! He has been hired on as a general Manager over a small chain of transmission shops, he gets to do what he does best and see cars all day long! We are very happy and it could not have worked out better!!! Yay!!

Well, here we go!

So, for those of you that do not already know.... the company(HSBC/Beneficial) that Taylor works for has decided to close the all the office they have in the United States. This came pretty much as a complete shock and on Monday 6,100 people were told that they no longer have jobs.... we were included in that 6,100 people. So, now the fun begins! Taylor has to stay at his office for the next month to close the place down and then hopefully he will have something new lined up by then. So, if anyone knows of anything out there please let us know! Keep us in your prayers, we appreciate all of your love and support through this past year of ups and downs with all the moves and changes. We are not giving up but it is a little scary with the baby coming in August but we are suriviors so I know we'll make it! I am just greatful that I am married to such a smart guy that is already getting his name out there, I am so proud of him! Well, that's the news for now. I will be sure to keep you all updated, we love you guys!

Who kissed who first?. Taylor kissed me first.... he told his roommate that I kissed him but my roommate and I reenacted the entire door scene to proove that it was him that made the move (minus the kissing in the renactment) I was the only girl (and still am) that he has kissed since his mission!
Who asked who out first? I really don't know that taylor ever actually asked me out. Our roomates were dateing each other so he had it easy, he'd just tell my roommate to bring me along and it would end up being a date. Kinda lame.
Who proposed? Taylor. He flew me to Texas to meet his family and then we all went to Florida to stay in they're friends beachouse. On the drive from Texas to Florida we stopped for a potty break and I came out of the bathroom to see taylor coming in from outside. I asked him why we had been outside and he told me that he had to pass gas and it was going to be loud so he went outside to do it so people wouldn't hear him. Later I found ou that he had snuck out to call my dad to ask permission to ask me to marry him. I guess that excuse was all he could come up with on the spur of moment like that. When we got to the beach house he was super anxious to get down to the beach and I could not figure out why. so we went down and he propsed with my ring hidden inside of a giant sea shell.

Yet another photo shoot!

Well, it was a beautiful day today so we decided to take advantage of it and go outside!! I took a few shots of the kids because it has been a while and my mom needed more of them! Jaecie did alot of fake smiles and Nathan was too busy playing soccer to even look at me so here is the best of what we got!

Jaeice finally got Nathan to smile for her.... it lasted just long enough to snap the picture and then he was off the chair!

He is actually pretty good at soccer... he can run and kick it and keep up with it without falling down (i dunno... pretty good for a 2 yr old right?)

Nathan's goofy lip bite he does all the time now... it drives me nuts and ruined many "good" pictures of him!

So Far So Good!!

Well, I am offically 12 1/2 weeks along and my doctor has had me in every 2 weeks ever since I found out that I was pregnant (due to past misscarriages they were a little cautious) so here are the pictures of out little one growing.. the first 2 are in the wrong order but I don't know how to change them so sorry!

Baby today!!! 12 1/2 weeks... the ultrasound lady said that she thinks she saw little boy parts but not to count on it... I have honestly thought that we will be having a girl considering how sick I have felt is similar how I felt with Jaecie. With Nathan I only threw up 1 time! We will see in 3 1/2 more weeks we can find out exactly what this little creature is.... were just glad that it is healthy! The doc says that all is perfect... heartbeat and everything else measure right on! YEAY!!!!

It's crazy how 2 weeks ago the baby looked like a little bean and now it looks like a real person! The doc told me it's the size of my thumb right now! How can something that little make me feel so darn sick????
