Roller Skates!

Jaecie got roller skates for Christmas that I honestly had forgotten about until she found them yesterday and wanted to try them out. So, we went to our HUGE patio in our GIANT backyard (being VERY sarcastic) to let her try them out! She could move a little in them but she was very nervous to fall. She made sure I got the camera out and got a few shots of her sucess!
I think she was more into getting her picture taken than actually skating.....

Oops! A little crash, but a great oppertunity to get a picture taken!

Nathan on the prowl with his ball ready to torture his sister... he has been quite the bully lately! Can you see the determination in his face?
Game on!!! You can see the ball in the air and Jaecie dodging it, not sure if this one hit her but several of them did. It was hard to ask him to stop when it was so funny... the kid has to learn I guess, he is a pretty good aim, hit her almost every time!

HaPpY eaSTeR!!!

Nathan was sooo excited about his car bubbles that the easter Bunny brought him that he carried them everywhere! He even too then to church with him in the package! The kid cracks me up! Most the time I have to talk him into taking things out of the package!
Jaecie in her new Easter dress!
Handsome little Nathan! Ready for church in his new Easter outfit!
We had an easter Egg hunt after church... here are a few shots of the kids!
Nathan on the hunt!
Daddy was a good helper!

Easter was fun this year! I think Nathan actually understood things a little this year! It's a little crazy to think that exactly a year ago this time is when all of our crazy moving stuff started! Since then we moved from Colorado to New Mexico and now Texas! Here praying that this year will be much calmer and that I won't have that much to blog about in the near future!

Notice the mouth full of chocolate... Nathan really loves his easter candy!

Spa time!

It was not quite hot enough to get in the pool this trip to Austin but the spa was just right! Nathan had so much fun!

Jaecie with her cousins Hannah and Abby
Uncle Joe is such a good sport to get in with all the kids!

Neighborhood Easter Egg hunt

We headed to Austin for the Easter weekend. There was a neighborhood easter egg hunt that we took the kids to and they had a blast! Here are a few pics of the big event!

I could not get Nathan to make eye contact the entire time. There was just too much to look at!
Jaecie loved the Easter Bunny! Notice Nathan is not in the shot.. he rufused to even get close to it... I can't blame him, it is a little creepy.
Jaecie getting ready for them to yell go!
And she's off!Taylor and Nathan at the 1-3 yr old hunt
Once again... Jaecie is happy to pose for a picture. Nathan not so much!
naters checking out his loot!
Cute little Hannah hanging out in the grass.
The kids all together... I took about 10 of these and I did not get one with them all looking. This is about as good as it got!
My pretty little Jaeicebug!
Nathan, once again refusing to look at me!

Pregnant Ladies do crazy things!

Can you guess what I decided to do today??? With these lovely economic times I decided to try and highlight my own hair.... yes foil and all. The lady at Sally's thought I was crazy. I am crazy.
so here is the set up above.
Pardon the stupid look on my face but here is my hair color before

At this point I started to think how stupid I was for attemping this. I cannot see the back or side of my hair and I olny have 2 hands. If I could remov my head and then do this it would be a different story but this was hard and very scary!

To top things off I decieded to cut bangs as well. I chopped off alot of hair and here it is in the sink.

The finished product... Pardon the no eyemakeup... it got all washed off. It actually turned out pretty well and check out Jaecies mad picture taking skills! She cropped it all by herself! The color is a little brassy so I am going to need to get a toner but I think that I am going to give my hair a break for the rest of the day!

Easter Egg Hunt and Bunny

Jaecie is loving her new bunny! That is one patient bunny.
Taylor and Nathan at the city of Keller Easter Egg hunt

I tagged Jaecie out ther on her mad dash to get eggs.... she only got one egg but she got some other treats too.... it was crummy because they would not let the parents go and I think she was a little nervous!

She insisted on wearing her bunny ears the entire time even though
the wind kept blowing them off!

It's a..........................

Well , you guess..... what does it look like to you? (other than a baby....)

BOY!!!!!
Yes, that's right folks above are pictures of our baby boy! Jaecie took the news ALOT better than I thought she would and Nathan really does not get it. We ask him if the baby is a boy or a girl and he says girl everytime. I'm not really sure why but he does not want it to be a boy. Well, it's got all it's fingers and toes and looks to be healthy and growing well! Now the countdown begins until August 29th..... that's a really long time but if anyone has any good boy name suggestions I would love to hear them because Taylor and I are totally stumped. By this time with both the other kids we already had the names picked out so this is a little strange for us!

They matched....I couln't help it!

Jaecie was holdong the bunny today in her new dress she got from Grandma Jill and Grandpa Brad and I noticed that they matched eachother so I just had to take a few pictures....... her birthday pics are in the entry below.....

Jaecie's 5th Birthday!

Well, my little girl turned 5 yesterday! She is getting so big and it shows! Such a mature little girl! She had a very exciting day, here she is opening her gifts......
She was sucha sweetie, nathan just did not understand that it was not time for him to get gifts too so she would let him help open hers! She even handed him a few and let him do them on his own. She is such a good girl.

The most exciting gift of all was the baby bunny! I know, I knowwere crazy but she was so excited and so far it has been a very good bunny.

She loves that little bunny!

This should be rotated, you can still see how cute it is:)

The Hannah Montana Party was rockin! we had 9 little girls total and they had fun! I was very tired after :)

Each girl got to make a necklace, decorate a guitar and put on they're very own Hannah Montana wig and headset microphone then we made music videos! Here's Jaecie jammin out!

Her hair really was cute in the morning but by the end of the party it was a bit of a mess.

She's only 5 and she has mastered this look? We are in TROUBLE!

Taylor and Nathan headed to the Rain Forest Cafe for dinner!
Here it is! The one everyone back home has been asking for! I am in it. I am 19 weeks pregnant and growning everyday. This shot is a little forgiving cuz I'm holding nathan and the shot is strait on, from the side I look quite a bit larger but lets pretend I am actually as small as it looks here!

Waiting for dinner, the poor girl was pretty worn out after our busy day!
Blowing out the candles, it took her 5 blows to do 5 candles!
Happy Birthday Jaecie bug! We love you and are so proud of you and what a wonderful big sister you are! Nathan really looks up to you and learns so much from you! You might be a little sassy but we wouldn't have you any other way! Here's to another great year with our little Diva!
