Cousin! Fun! Fun! Fun!

So, on our trip to Utah I took 509 pictures..... needless to say, I had a hard time deciding what to post, so make sure to scroll down a while becasue I made SEVERAL new posts today....
First is pictures with cousins! I decieded to take the cousins and do some fun shots of the... heres just a FEW of them!

I'm a proud mom!

On the way home from camping saturday afternoon Jaecie was singing and my dad mentioned that if she wanted to learn a song she could sing it at his ward (he's a bishop at a BYU ward) well, she took the challenge! She decided she wanted to sing "I am a child of God" she praticed that night and then we went a few minutes early on sunday to pratice with the pianest. It was the cutest thing I have ever seen! She was so excited and not a bit nervous! She got up there all by herself, held her own microphone and sang her little heart away! It brought a tear to my eye! She stayed perfectly on tune the entire time and said she can't wait to do it again! I think my mom and I were more nervous than she was! Good job Jaecie! I am so pround of you!

Uncle Alex is the coolest!

My Brother in law Alex is a fire figher and we asked him to take us on a tour of his fire station.... I thought that Nathan would love it because of his obsession of all things with wheel... he was terrified! Jaecie had fun and we were able to get a few shots of Nathan on the truck!

Our camping trip in Utah

My family owns some property in Nephi Canyon and while we were visiting we went camping (Nathans first camping trip ever!) We had a blast and the kids loved every minute of it!

The kids LIVED on the trampoline... especially Nathan. He loved it! I wish our back yard was big enough to have one! The kid was so tired out by night that he went right to bed for me without so much as a fuss...... I m still trying to otalk Taylor into finding a smaller one that might fit in our yard.

Poor Mindi looks like she thinks she's a diva but she had to wear sunglasses alot because her eyes hurt so bad due to allergies..... I told her I wouldn't feel bad for her unless she went to the doctors so she finally did, now she gets my sympathy (lucky)

Poor little Mylee went face first off the side of a slide at the park and got quite the owie little face, but it is still danged cute! It was fun to get to know her better this trip!

Mothers day pictures!

So, for Mothers Day this year I decided to do some pictures of the kids to send out to the grandma's... they turned out pretty cute so I thought I'd post a couple.... ignore the writing on the first one, I used it for a flyer I sent around here and I didn't have time to get rid of it to post that pic on here but it was so cute I jsut decided to do it anywyas.... does that make sense? I Dunno!

Calling all Dog owners.... tell me this is normal!!

Okay, so I love my little Maggie. She is a very good dog and she is definatly a part of our family... BUT she has been very naughty lately and I am at my whits end! She will be 2 in August and has been fully potty trained for a year now. She NEVER had accidents, we coudl leave her home alone for 8 hours strait without a potty break and she would hold it until we got home, until now. The past 3 weeks or so she has been having accidents, not many.... maybe one or 2 a week but it is making me so mad! Anytime it rains she is such a princess she refuses to go out and get wet so she holds it and eventually craps on my carpet! The only pattern I can see is that this has started happening ever since jaecie got her bunny. I don't think it is jelousy, the bunny really doesn't get that much attention but I am wondering if it could be from the bunny food. I catch Maggie stealing it all the time and i am wondering if it is upseting her belly and she just can't hold it. Last night was the worse, I caught her in the bunnies cage downing all the food I had just barely poures, then at 4 in the morning Jaecie comes running in yelling that Maggie has pooped on her bed (she sleeps with jaeice) I was SOOOOO MAD! This has NEVER happened. To make things worse she pooped right next to Jaecies head. She said it was the stinky smell that woke her up! In Maggies defense she had been trying to wake jaecie up for a while cuz she needed to go, Jaecie said that Maggie was crying all night and kept running back and forth so I know she was trying to hold it but still, on my daughters bed,? Next to her Pillow? So, PLEASE if you have a dog, tell me this is normal and that all dogs have set backs like this. I don't want to be mad at her but I am 5 1/2 months preggo, Nathan refuses to be potty trained (claiming he is scared of sitting on the potty) and the LAST thing I need to worry about is my dog taking a dump on my daughters head in the middle of the night! Okay, enough venting..... that's all from me for now!

Nathan is getting so big!.... oh yeah, and IM awsome!

So, I walked out of my room yesterday and this is what I say.... It just made me realize how big my little man is getting so I had to take a couple of pictures! Look at the concentration on that face!

So now for the Im awsome part.... We had this ugly old cherry dresser that one of Taylors old employees gave to us. I decieded that I was going to refinish it to put in Nathans room (we are giving the baby the dresser he uses now) So, I sanded it down and painted it black... Then I had the dilema of Knobs. I wanted to do something with cars but everything I found was really tacky so I decided to make my own. They aren't perfect but I think they turned out really cute, and the best part is that I already had the paper so all I had to buy were the knobs that I found at Home Depot for only $1.23! I just painted them and used a little scrap book paper and some of my favorite stuff...... Modge podge! (i dunno if thats spelled right) anyways. the pictures don't do it justice cuz they flash and I was in too big of a hurry to care but you get the idea!
